Meeting Rooms and Event space

At WingSpace we have a variety of meeting rooms to fit your various meeting needs. Everything from one-on-one consultations to training seminars, networking events and niche meetups -- our doors are open to big ideas and awesome people. Our Cloud Cafe' area converts into a small event space; it's structured perfectly to break away from the typical corporate meeting space.  The space can be setup with soft seating for a relaxed retreat or set up for a more professional theater style seating structure. Of course we’re also down for small cocktail parties and celebrations! For more information or special requests please email cowork@wingspace.biz.

WingSpace is also within walking distance to a variety of restaurants just a few blocks away such as the Crossroads Cafe, The Local, Sweet Potato Cafe, and Dee Thai Express. It's also close enough to all the businesses around the courthouse square just a few minutes away by car or bicycle.

All Pro-Community, Part-Time, and Full-Time members receive monthly meeting room credits based on their membership level. Each credit is equal to one hour. Additional meeting room credits can be purchased at the member discount rate of $25/hr. Members can reserve rooms between 9 am - 9 pm using our online booking system. 

All other members and non-members can reserve meeting rooms during our normal business hours from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.  To schedule rooms outside of our normal business hours, please email cowork@wingspace.biz

Meeting room for 2-5 ppl. Enclosed space for meetings and presentations, complete with meeting room amenities. Amenities include free WiFi, whiteboard, filtered water, flat screen monitor. This space is setup as a more relaxed space with soft seating, coffee table and a desk.

Meeting room for 4 ppl. This space is setup as a small consultation room with a table and four chairs, and it also doubles as a podcast room with acoustic wall panels.  Enclosed space complete with amenities that includes free WiFi, filtered water, and whiteboard.

The Cloud Cafe' (Event Space)

Hourly Rates: $35/hr members; 2 hour min.  ($50/hour non-members; 2 hour min.)
Full Day (7+ hours):  Members = $245; Non-Members = $350
Available Saturdays 8 am - 10 pm

The cloud cafe is our main open coworking space that can be used for smaller events up to 40 people. 
900 sq. ft. + use of the warming kitchen.

PARKING: We have 38 parking spaces in our back parking lot and 11 parking spaces in our front parking lot, as well as street parking with no time limits. There is an ADA ramp on the northeast side of the building.
