DEADLINE FOR APPLICATIONS: October 12, 2018
You will receive notice on or before October 15, 2018.
Payment must be received no later than October 18, 2018
(no refunds. Fees will be used for marketing)

SET UP & BREAKDOWN: Set up for vendors begins at 8:30 am. Space is limited - we have a total of 12 vendor spaces. The spaces are approximately 6’ wide x 6’ feet deep, and each space includes a table and chair. In order to provide a variety of products for shoppers all applicants will be reviewed as to not have duplicate categories.

VENDOR FEE: $40 per space/single vendor
SHARED SPACE: $50 (Max two vendors per space). If you want to share a space with another vendor, please have the other vendor fill out an application as well.
PAYMENT: Indicate your method of payment in the application below.

CATEGORIES: Please indicate if you will be representing more than one category in your booth. For example: Jewelry and skin care products would be two different categories. We want to make sure that there is not another competing skin care line at the event. We will do our best to not have duplicate categories, but we cannot guarantee there will not be someone else at the show with a similar product.

We will send a link to your email address so you can to upload a photo of your product, or logo, which may be used for marketing purposes.

MARKETING: We will pay for a print ad in a local publication, have postcards printed (for participating vendors to hand out, pay for a Facebook Ad to run the week before the event, create a Facebook Event that vendors can share, announce it in the WingSpace Email Newsletter, Post a meetup on the WingSpace Coworking meetup page, and place an A-Frame Sign on Miller Valley Road the day of the event.
