I have been mastering the art of managing negative mind chatter for the last 10 years. I will be teaching a simple process that you can use any time of day to get yourself out of a compromising emotional upset and back to being in charge of your emotions.

This will help you:
• Respond with kindness even when your partner just made you furious.
• Be able to give a great presentation at work when you feel terrified.
• Not rip your spouses head off when they did that thing you hate.

You will be able to take yourself from a fearful emotion to an empowered emotion.
