CoachSmart Consulting, LLC was derived from my experience as a consultant and coach for business leaders and individuals. I acquired a certification in Emotional Intelligence to help assist leaders in business become more successful with the teams they lead. Emotional Intelligence is crucial to the success of business.
Emotional Intelligence is about how leaders detect and manage emotional cues and information in themselves and in their relationships. They also focus on enhancing the self-awareness, self-management, social awareness, and social skills of their leaders—what we refer to as emotional intelligence. This presentation will introduce the four components of EI and how it can help people in their business and help in training their teams.
Attendees will gain an understanding of the four components of emotional intelligence and get a handout of how to improve their emotional intelligence on a daily basis. As business owners, applying EI with their team members and especially with their customers will help to begin to set them apart from their competition.
